Who for: We will run a beginners and more intermediate group (this won’t be significantly harder than any of our previous sessions and the pace will be tailored to accommodate everyone in the group.

Good to know: Davie Gow, (who knows every square inch of the Kilpatrick hills - running there 5-6 times a week) will be guiding the intermediate group and our very own Mariam Kilpatrick (if you’re not aware of her running credentials, check out our facebook and instagram ) will be coaching the beginners group.
