Starting Wednesday May 1st, this one-hour class will run for a 6-week block on Wednesdays at 11:30!

This post-natal mother and baby class is a core-strengthening class focusing on the working relationships between the abdominals, back, diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles. The class can help prevent back pain from lifting your child, improve continence, re-train pelvic floor and treat abdominal separation post-birth.
Classes are at 11:30 on a Wednesday here at our Borron Street (Northside) Clinic.

For any new mothers starting, our Chartered Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor will do an initial one-on-one assessment beforehand - Including this initial assessment, the block is £80, or £50 for any returning mums. (Individual class rates are £12 per class otherwise, with £30 for the initial assessment)
Mothers must have had their all-clear from their doctor/midwife to exercise and 6-weeks post partum or 8-weeks if by C-section. Babies must be up to crawling age only (otherwise they wriggle around and the mums don't get to do much Pilates!)
