Physio Effect is taking practical measures to ensure service provision is affected as minimally as possible whilst maintaining our commitment to the health and well-being of staff and clients.
What is Physio Effect doing?
We will observe strict hand washing hygiene procedures in align with the WHO Guidance before and after every patient contact
We will ensure surface cleaning with disinfectant after every patient contact
We have hand sanitizer available throughout the clinic
We will have longer appointment times to ensure minimal crossover between patients and allow time for adequate cleaning between appointments
what should patients attending face to face do?
Please do not attend if you are unwell or shielding for any reason.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes in advance of your appointment so that we can limit the number of patients in the waiting area at any one time. Socially distanced seating is available in our waiting area.
Please use the hand sanitizer gel provided on arrival and departure.
The nature of our services mean that your practitioner may need to be within 2 meters of you throughout your treatment. If you would prefer your practitioner to wear a face covering, please make this known to a member of the Physio Effect team.
We recommend that you bring a bath towel for use on the treatment bed to limit your contact with any surfaces.
If you are in any doubt please CONTACT US to discuss your individual circumstances
